Tonight I saw my first fireworks...they were amazing! I could hardly take my eyes off of them. We got to the riverfront around 6pm to get a good seat. It was a beautiful night, not too hot. We played and ate and watched people all evening. Around 8:30 I was so tired from all the excitement that I had to take a short nap. The fireworks started at 9:00. They were beautiful! I can't wait to go next year!
